Soil moisture & electrical conductivity
METER soil moisture sensors use capacitance technology with a high measurement frequency minimizing the affects of texture and salinity. The result is an accuracy of ± 3% using calibrations determined at METER for mineral soil or soilless growing media. A soil-specific calibration can be determined if greater accuracy is required. All METER sensors are low power, consistent, rugged, easy to install, and built for plug-and-play use with ZL6 data loggers and ZENTRA Cloud.
TEROS Line
Improved sensor design for durability with a field lifespan of 10+ years. The TEROS Borehole Install Tool (TBIT) makes the installation of these sensors faster, easier, and less prone to error while minimizing site disturbance.
Measure the soil profile at depths of 15, 30, 45, and 60 cm. Installation is easy with the TEROS 54 Auger and slide hammer installation tool.
